 تحث هيئة تنظيم سوق العمل جميع أصحاب الأعمال الالتزام بسداد الفواتير الشهرية خلال شهر من تاريخ الصدور تجنباً لاحتساب غرامة التأخير المقرة قانوناً، حيث أن التزامكم بسداد الرسوم الشهرية في موعدها المحدد يجنبكم دفع الغرامة المفروضة بموجب المادة رقم (3) من قرار مجلس الوزراء رقم (28) لسنة 2008 والتي تنص على "فرض غرامة مقدارها ديناران عن كل شهر تأخير في سداد الرسوم الشهرية وبحد أقصى ستة دنانير". كما وأنه سيترتب على التخلف عن سداد الرسوم المحددة مدة تزيد عن ثلاثة أشهر إلغاء التصريح وفقاً لأحكام المادة (26/ب/8) من قانون تنظيم سوق العمل، وذلك مع عدم الإخلال بالتزام صاحب العمل بتحمل نفقات ترحيل العامل. وإن كانت لديكم تساؤلات حول الفاتورة، يرجى رفع تذكرة إلكترونية عن طريق نظام الدعم الإلكتروني مع ارفاق الفاتورة والوثائق الثبوتية اللازمة (إن وجدت) لحل أي إشكال موجود فيها. وتنوّه الهيئة بأن عملية إصدار هذه الفاتورة تمت بناءً على المعلومات المتوفرة في سجلات هيئة تنظيم سوق العمل لعدد تصاريح العمل المسجلة لدى هذه المنشأة، هذا وبإمكانكم الاطلاع على هذا السجل عبر حسابكم الخاص في قاعدة بيانات الهيئة عبر الموقع الإلكتروني

The Labour Market Regulatory Authority urges all employer to commit to paying the monthly invoices within one month from their date of issuance in order to avoid being charged with the late penalty fees. Committing to payment of  the monthly fees  prevents  you being charged with  the late fees fine imposed under Article No. (3) of Council of Ministers No.( 28) for the year of 2008 which states that  BD 2  will be charged  as late fees fine on each monthly invoice due,  with maximum of BD 6.Note that in accordance to Article (26 / B / 8) of the Labour Market Regulation Law which stipulates that non-payment of monthly invoices for more than 3 months will result in the cancellation of work permits, thus the employer will be obligated to incur the expenses of his workers' deportation fees. For further inquiries related to monthly invoices, kindly submit an e-ticket through the e-support system available on LMRA’S website and upload the monthly invoice receipt along with other supporting documents (if any) to solve any issue that may arise.
