How can I reset the password used for LMRA system?

If you forget your password, the responsible or authorized person can get his/her pin reset through the Reset Forgotten Password function on the Expatriate Management System (EMS) login page, or they can visit the Information Desk counter located at LMRA headquarters ground floor to receive assistance for resending the password to the registered email address in LMRA’s system.

If the responsible person or authorized person wish to change the registered email address, then they will need to book an appointment for commercial services via Appointment Management System.
